My laziness is the main reason why my blog is not updated for so long. I can't help it anyway. :(
Well, life still goes on despite the drought of blog updates. What had happened for the last 3 weeks?
Some days ago, when Twilight was announced to show in the cinema, i went to the cinema nearby my college hoping to give a surprise to my gf. Apparently i line up @ TGV for about 45 minutes. When i just reached there, the screen above the counter showed me Twilight- FEW! Well, i couldn't do anything, just continue to line up in my queue. Imagine 45 minutes of queue could be how long? :( Oh well, thing that i dislike about TGV is that the monitoring screens never show how many seats are left for the particular movie in the theater. When i reached there at about 3pm, i was shown that the movie had only FEW seats, 45 minutes later, it still showed me FEW!! But, how few is few? When i finally reached the counter, i only figured out the FEW was equivalent to 2 seats left. Unlike the GSC, customers will always be provided with the information for how many seats are left in the theater, or at least SELLING FAST. As if the customers are still stuck in the Q, and if the seats for the particular movie are about to full, say 10 seats, the customers will start to consider whether to leave the queue or not. But, customers for TGV will never do so, because they never know how FEW is FEW! 50 seats could be considered as FEW for a big theater, and even 2 seats could also be considered as FEW! Not only that, prices and leisures also make a big different from its competitor. We could easily got a student price of RM6 per movie at tropicana GSC with comfortable and spacious seat while the movie is on. How about TGV which near my college? Seats are small, barely can lie down my head, space limited where i can't stretch my leg straight, the LED that shows the seats' location are dimmed and sometimes are spoil and we have to use our hand phone as a torchlight!.. DUH!
Back to the queue, i failed in giving my gf a surprise, as i mentioned just now, there were only 2 seats left when i reached the counter. :(

Surprisingly, 3:45pm on weekdays i was stuck in the jam just outside the Pyramid's parking. :(

FIFA World Cup 2010 at South Africa! Spain vs Netherlands and Paul the octopus predicted Spain would have won the Final and it was true enough that Spain is the champion of World Cup! Despite the 120 minutes on the field, that created lots and lots of noise especially from the Mamak Stall and even open field such as the Pyramid open-air parking and i-city, its worth it to watch the match in the crowd. It was already midnight but my friends came to find me and we headed to the nearest food stall - Medan to watch the finals. It was 2 hours before the match started but the place was already fully reserved. You see, people reserved place @ food stall to watch world cup?? @.@ We hardly found a nice and suitable seats, just that our feng shui was blocked by a branch of tree, and the tree really blocked our vision especially when the players were about to goal. :(

The Blue-Bear from Celcom as a welcomed gift @ the Medan. I tattooed it when i get bored during the match. >.<

Last weekend, my girl friend's sister came down to visit her all the way from KTT. Before we brought her for a movie- Despicable Me, we went to the Curve for a shop. Unexpectedly we met with Nicole David- Squash women world no. 1 Malaysian was in the Malaysia open final hosted by CIMB vs an England player who's the world no.2! It was the first time ever i watched Squash Malaysia Open live in front of me. You could really enjoy the environment there, especially when the Malaysian band shouted Nicole David with their kompang ON!

Cheer leading for Women's Final.

Malaysia Open 2010 - Squash Women Final.

Well, gotta update more soon.
Cheers!
